A two – day program designed to assimilate a new
manager into the work group as quickly as possible.
One day is spent interviewing team members and coaching
the new manager. Another day is spent off-site in group
discussions to develop an action plan for working together
effectively.
Our consultants work with teams to help them become
more efficient, effective, and productive. We focus
on helping and hindering behaviors, talk about the predictable
stages of team development and discuss roles and responsibilities.
Knowledge management techniques are thoroughly reviewed.
