Tom Pearce - President of iLead Consulting & Training

Tom Pearce eats change for breakfast and hopes you do too! His passion is helping difference makers make their difference. He has been working with leaders and teams around the world for the past twenty years in such places as Yemen, Indonesia, Nigeria and China. He has stories to tell and experiences to share, not only about how leaders around the world manage change, but also about how leaders can be identified and nurtured at all levels of an organization.

Tom Pearce's professional experience includes seven years with Mobil, nine years with Atlantic Richfield (ARCO) and five years in Consulting and Training. As a former Human Resources Vice President for ARCO in China, Tom Pearce managed a budget of $8 million and a staff of 25 employees. Tom Pearce has an MBA from Duke University and a B.A. in Communications from the College of William and Mary. He lives in McKinney, Texas and enjoys golf, fishing, tennis and coaching youth sports.
