Thoughts From The Top - Work Better Together!
Dear Colleagues,
Please join us for our three-part team development series that will be offered in three half-day sessions this Fall. These workshops are based on Blanchard's Building High Performance Teams program which I am certified to teach.
- Part one of the series is entitled Building a Strong Foundation for Teamwork. It is based on increasing the understanding of self and others through the use of the DiSC profile. This powerful tool is used in many of our teambuilding sessions because it builds a baseline for team communication.
- The second session, Predictable Stages of Team Development, talks about how to minimize performance dips by recognizing the predictable stages that every team goes through. Even the most well intentioned teams can get in a rut and become unproductive if they are unaware of the forces working against them.
- Session three focuses on Advanced Team Dynamics. We will discuss the different roles that team members play on a team and learn how to take full advantage of people's natural behavioral tendencies in a group. Simulations on leading change and changing leaders make this session both fun and interesting.
These sessions can be brought in-house for one and a half days of training, or for three separate half days of training. Either way, our clients tell us that their groups work better together as a result of iLead's facilitation.
