Meet The Executive Coaching Team
TOM
PEARCE brings a wealth of coaching and
counseling experience to iLead Consulting and
Training. His background includes a B.A. from
William and Mary, and an MBA from Duke University.
During his sixteen years with Mobil Oil and
Atlantic Richfield, Tom gained valuable global
experience on temporary assignments in Indonesia,
and the United Kingdom. In 1996, he was named
the Vice President of HR for ARCO China. Mr.
Pearce has a reputation for listening carefully
and observing situations with an analytical
eye. These skills have enabled him to provide
valuable feedback to his leadership development,
change management and coaching clients from
companies like the EPA, Sigmetrix, Delinea,
Milliman USA, and Credit Management International.
Tom is a certified Change Leader with Linkages.
He has also been certified by the William Bridges
Organization in “Leading and Managing
Organizational Transition.”

BOB
HUEGLIN has a coaching certification
from the prestigious Hudson Institute in Santa
Barbara, California and
an MBA from The Wharton School at the University
of Pennsylvania. As a former commercial real
estate executive, he
brings significant leadership experience to iLead
Consulting & Training.
Bob coached Southmark’s national sales
organization to increase repeat business from
59% – 91%
in one year. That same organization reduced bad
debts by 89% under
his leadership by implementing a stringent credit
review program. Bob coaches his executive clients
to focus on clarity of
purpose so that they can create future based
scenarios with appropriate goals, objectives,
and action
plans. This approach ensures personal alignment
of talents, values, vision and purpose. Bob is
also the Dallas facilitator for Execunet, which
hosts
monthly meetings for executives
in transition.

LORRAINE
BURKE is a former Vice President of Human Resources
with Atlantic Richfield (ARCO)
in Plano, Texas
and in Los Angeles at ARCO’s company headquarters.
With over twenty years of coaching and counseling
experience,
she possesses a unique ability
to work well with senior technical executives.
Lorraine has a thorough understanding of performance
management, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational
development. Lorraine has worked for the State
of Georgia both as a coach
and as
a program facilitator. She has
experience coaching and working with senior executives
at the highest levels of both for profit and
nonprofit organizations. She has proven to be
both savvy
and dependable under pressure.
Lorraine has a B.A. in Psychology from Fisk University
and a Masters Degree in Counseling
from Georgia State University.

MARY
HOLDCROFT is an executive coach with over twenty
years experience in corporate career
development programs, leadership development
and online career assessments. Mary has been
responsible
for numerous executive
coaching assignments especially in the area of
strategizing and positioning individuals for
new roles in
the organization.
Collaborating with executives to develop effective
teams is another one of her strengths. For eleven
years, Mary was a coach for the Nuclear
Regulatory Commission Region IV office in Arlington.
Other client companies include Frito-Lay, Baxter
Healthcare, Lockheed
Martin, Mobil, and Medtronic. Mary has a BA degree
in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling
and Personnel Management.
She is a nationally certified career counselor
and a licensed professional counselor. She has
also attended the Hudson Institute Life
Launch Coaching program.
