We turn to professional image consultant, Linda Thomas, for some real advice on the question: Bunny slippers at work -Comfortable idea? or Career suicide?

Thoughts From The Top
Dear Colleagues,
This month I just want to say a big thank you to all the friends and supporters of iLead Consulting & Training. We have been blessed so deeply and in so many ways since we started up nearly three years ago.
One of the things I am most thankful for is my friends around the world. Just this week, I have heard from colleagues in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Ireland. With the gift of e-mail we are all staying connected more easily.
The other thing I am grateful for is that my colleagues in management are realizing the incredible power of treating their people right. When the market is down, training, team building, off-site retreats and strategy sessions all go a long way toward building commitment and confidence in the organization. As many of you know, iLead is ready, willing and able to partner with you on any of these initiatives.
My passion is working with teams. I love to see teams come together working toward common goals and performing beyond their wildest expectations. This passion comes from having some great coaches in my early life that taught me just how teams work most effectively. If you need some personal coaching, or if your team just needs a little structure in order to work things out, please call me and we will get you and your team on the right track.
Thanks again for all the notes of support and encouragement. We'll be back in touch in early September with an issue celebrating our third anniversary in business.
Tom Pearce
