Thoughts From The Top - Responding Quickly With Just the Right Program
Dear Colleagues:
For years we have been talking about the need for speed - the fact that organizations need to be ready to react quickly to changing needs of clients and customers. Over the past month, iLead has had the opportunity to "walk the talk" of organizational speed and responsiveness.
Case One - A high tech group under a new dynamic leader requests a customized "Who Moved My Cheese?" program. Within a week of the initial call, we were on campus delivering the workshop to forty people who laughed, joked and learned about how embracing change could bring them better business results.
Case Two - A law firm called iLead requesting a Sexual Harassment and Diversity Workshop. Within five days of their phone call, we were on-site delivering the training - updating twenty individuals on the finer points of the law.
These are just a couple of the programs that we have ready to go. If you have money left in your training budget that you want to spend this calendar year, consider the following offerings:
- The Spirit of Service - Customer Service Refresher
- Establishing a Climate of Success - Featuring the FISH video
- Working With Emotional Intelligence
- Understanding Self and Others using the DiSC profile
- Leadership Lessons from the World of Sports - Uncovering issues of Violence Anger and Teambuilding with Extreme Personalities
- The One Minute Manager - Skills For Praising, Goal Setting And Reprimanding
Each of these sessions can be delivered either a two, three or four hour format. Please call me if we can help you this year or if you are ready to schedule programs for next year . . .
Our new offerings will include:
- Leadership And Self Deception - Proven Ways to Avoid The Trap
- Customer Service Update - Featuring "Give Em the Pickle!"
- Leadership Fundamentals - Featuring the Lance Armstrong video, "Who Says We Can't Do It?"
- Whale Done! - Understanding the Power of Positive Relationships
Check out next month's newsletter for more details on these new programs. We will do our best to bring worldclass training to your organization in a cost efficient manner as soon as you need it!
Happy Thanksgiving,
